Only The Apprentice, The Squire, The Huntress and The Monk have a Burning Souls Skeleton costume. They were available in Halloween 2016 through purchasing the Burning Souls Pack DLC and again in Halloween 2018 through the Burning Souls Bundle available in the Emporium.
The Burning Souls Pack DLC has returned to availability to PC for Halloween 2020 all the way to the following Halloween where the in-game Burning Souls Bundle returns for all platforms. Both the bundle and is pack are still currently available. However, to this is only for PC (Steam). For consoles, these costumes may return again in the futureday
