The Apprentice died. Now he's the Guardian of the Dead ~~is a legendary costume for the Apprentice~~. Pretty much what would the Apprentice would look like should he ever give up his ghost.....and becoming a literal soul-ferrying spectre. You may possibly find out Pay your respects by ~~purchasing the costume for~~ spending 4,800 gems from the Seamstress or in the cosmetic interfaceon this Legendary costume.

Aside from being purchasable, the Guardian of the Dead is also obtainable through Defender Packs. As And as an Elemental Variant costume, it can either be considered as part of a themed set or a stand-alone costume by itself.
