Tower Skins changes the visual look of heroes' defenses to defend in style. They can only be equipped through the Hero Customization Manager which can be accessed through the cosmetic button in the player's inventory. Along with Costumes and Flairs, they make up Dungeon Defenders II's main cosmetic system.

All current Tower Skins' visual aspects are mainly textural (like a fresh coat of paint for a new style). There are no changes to the models themselves.

Acquiring Tower Skin Sets

A Tower Skin for a specific defense cannot be acquired individually as each theme are always bundled together as a set for heroes where the theme applies. Most Tower Skin sets are available to purchase for in-game gems while some can alternatively be acquired from Defender Packs too.
