The Soldier of Fortune's Uniform is the Powerful default look for the Mercenary. The "costume" is available to use as soon as you've unlocked the hero.

Notes and Trivia
- The Mercenary's default weapons involves wielding a Serrated Slicer and a Bloodlord's Knife that's color-matched with the former dagger.
- The Mercenary in this form was originally concepted as "The Hunter", one of 25 heroes created for DDII when the game was being developed as a MOBA before shifting its directions shortly after. About 8 years has passed before we see this hero's proper introduction into the game.
