Build Specs
Each Hero has their own selection of Specs to enhance their active stat build:
Build Passives
Certain Weapons and Relics have special Passives after a certain Quality, as another way to adjust the active stat build.

Stat Allocation Data
For every stat there is a class specific soft cap, after which the benefit from investing further skill points is greatly reduced.
