Prior to Power of Ancients Expansion (3.0), the Abyss Lord's accessories were obtainable through opening Tentacled Lockboxes for 500 Defender Medals each. Once the Expansion was live, the lockbox was removed and the accessories were added to the roster of Defender Packs.

2.0 : Tentacled Lockboxes no longer exists. Accessories are instead now obtainable from Defender Packs.
