Defender Medals use to act as rewards from Daily and Monthly missions or Beat maps, it lunched on Calling all Heroes patch, it used for Treasure Pirate to get Reward, used to purchase a new heroes or add extra card solt and used to purchase a large skill sphere for new heroes.
