Applieding Applying cold to a drenched target will freeze them.

Frozen can be activated by using the [[:Category:Apprentice|Apprentice's]] [[Frostbite Tower]] alongside the [[Freeze]] Shard, where a complete Frostbite channel has a chance to freeze the (single) target, thus applying the Frozen status condition.
The [[:gun witch]] [[ice needle]] can freeze a target.
On some maps (such as The Gates of Dragonfall) you have access to an [[Environmental Trap]] that can instantly freeze a group of enemies.
