Enemies under get drenched and are hit for XXX% of Ability Power as Storm Damage every 2 seconds." Chaos 5 values [132-190%, 15-15s, 264-?%], Chaos 7 values [172-230%, 15-15s, 344-460%]. This MOD deals both drench and Storm Attack, so it has the ability top to stun enemies. It has no Secondary attack, but instead gives the hero the ability of flight. On the ground, the primary attack is unaffected by the MOD. When the cloud is activated, the hero will raise up a small amount vertically, even after a double jump, which allows the hero to reach some hard to get to locations on maps. Your Primary attack while on the cloud changes to a stream of lightning that fires constantly to where you aim it. Your secondary attack button while on the cloud ends your flight right away.
