The Iron Will Armor contains 16 accessories - four changeable pieces for each section (that being Head, Torso, Arms and Legs). The first accessory of each sections are default pieces while the rest will have to be acquired from defender packs. The garb also provides the default Barbarian card art for your hero deck.
The Iron Will Armor does not affect any actual weapon cosmetic as equipping any sword Axes or shield swords will always override the CountessBarbarian's default weapon look. The Barbarian's default axes does not drop as items which makes it virtually impossible to fully achieve the default look while progressing through the game.
