Overview
In Dungeon Defenders II, each hero has two separate mana pools genuinely; Blue, and Green. Blue mana is used to activate Hero Abilities and Green mana is used to Build, Repair and Upgrade defenses.
This system is based off of ==Overview==:In Dungeon DefendersII, where there was only one type of each hero has two separate manapools typically Blue, and that Green. Though some heroes have a special pool in place of Blue Mana. <br>:Blue mana would be is used to both activate abilities Hero Abilities and Green mana is used to Build, Repair and build towersUpgrade defenses.
== Blue Mana ==Blue mana (also known as "Ability Mana") This system is used to activate hero abilities. It regenerates passively during the based off of Combat PhaseDungeon Defenders 1, albeit slowly. It also completely regenerates at the start where there was only one type of each new combat phase. Since mana doesn't disappear between rounds, you can drop all of your mana and have effectively twice the blue that mana would be used to spend in a round. The values for blue mana's regeneration rate are currently unstudiedboth activate abilities and build towers. Blue mana is set to 250 and can only be improved from :ascension and from :shards
For some characters it works a bit differentially name/gain eg ===Green Mana=== * Green Mana (also known as "Defense Mana" or "Building Mana") is replaced with heat a resource used to build and obtained from slaying enemies, and completing waves.* Each map has a set amount of green mana given at the start of the match and when maxed stops all ability usage until reaching 0 by shooting main weapongiven after waves.* When Players exceed above 2, and 000 Green Mana a smaller bar will appear above the big one. It regenerates passively during the combat phase, albeit slowly. * Blue Mana completely regenerates at the start of each new combat phase. * For some heroes it works a bit differently. For example BuildSeries EV2's/Blue Mana is replaced with Heat.* Blue Mana can only be increased by Repairascension/and Upgradeshards defenses. Unlike Blue Mana, Green Mana does not regenerate and does not refill at the start of a combat phase. There is no reasonable limit to the amount that can be held.
