* Can freeze enemies with the [[Shards#frosty_beams|Frosty Beams]] shard.
* Up to 10 nodes can be placed per chain.
* Proton Beams are by far the best crowd control defense due to it slowing enemies to 35% of their movement speed with ascension and being attunable with any elemental servo.
* The best use out of elemental Protons Beams is Poison Servo on one EV2 and Earth Servo on the other and to lay them out in a lane horizontally, overlapping one another or Poison in front and Earth behind it.
