The Gold Plated Costumes are a set of themed costumes that are basically standard garbs covered in gold. Only The Apprentice, The Squire, The Huntress and The Monk have a Gold Plated Costume.
All four costumes were only available to players who have backed $75 (Etherian VIP tier onwards) or more on Dungeon Defenders Awakened Kickstarter during the period of March 6th 2019 'till April 11th 2019.
These costumes are currently no longer available.

Notes and Trivia
- The Costumes Costumes is similar with the Jade Guardian Costumes in terms of texture. The major differences between them other the color would be the Gold Plated Costumes is much more brighter and reflective with light.
- Like the Plexus and Crystallized Costumes, there is only a single flavor text for all the costumes and accessories.
- Like other DDA Kickstarter Backer Rewards, these costumes are distributed through codes which makes it possible for them to be given away if a backer chooses to.
- The Gold Plated costumes is the third-most expensive costume set with the price of $75 USD minimum. However, the Gold Plated Costume could also be considered second since the Elemental Guardian Costumes can be bought individually for 4,800 gems each. Though if all the Elemental Guardian Costumes were to be bought together, they would cost $159.94 USD if the gems were bought full price which allows them to technically also hold the title of second-most expensive costumes set. And finally, the most expensive costumes set are the Crystallized Costumes with the price of $300 USD minimum.
