Can do a variance of damage, with the Attack Damage described as the average damage, and the possible variations of damage going anywhere between half the maximum damage. You can hit this tower to get it spinning, so it's already dealing maximum damage when enemies come. At the 1st level of spin speed (dummy hit 1-2 times, it hits enemies once every 3s. 2nd level = 1 atk/2s (dummy hit 3-6 times). 3rd level = 1 atk/1s (dummy hit 7-14 times). 4th level = 1atk/0.5s (dummy hit 15 or more times)
