Tornado is an Apprentice ability. The Apprentice hurls a tornado in a line, suspending enemies in the air and dealing Magical Storm Damage over time. Deals extra damage to Marked enemies.
This ability can be enhanced with the Reduced Cooldown spec, which reduces the cooldown of the Tornado and Arcane Volley abilities, allowing them to be used more often.
