A monk screaming in pain from electrocution. Available at the seamstress or in the cosmetic interface for the price of 4,800 gems, seize the thunder and charge yourself to the max! Aside from being purchasable, the Guardian of the Storm is also obtainable through Defender Packs.
As an Elemental Variant costume, it can either be considered as part of a themed set or a stand-alone costume by itself.
