Pet attack rate is static value.
Attack Damage
Pet attack damage is affected by pet power level and it can be calculated with:

Empower Stats
Empower stats will affect your hero stats in additive manner.
Pets affection level will affect the empower stats. So far it seems that growth is +1 both stats per level.
