Versions
There are several types of Chaos Ampoules, ranging from Chaos I to Chaos VIII. These items are used to evolve gear to the next Chaos and rarity tier. Unlike other Ampoules, Chaos VIII Ampoules are only obtained in Onslaught floor 80+.
Item Description
A container filled with meager chaotic energies used to evolve and advance gear.
Usage
Ctrl + Left Click a piece of gear and select the 'Evolve' tab. Here you are able to consume the Ampoule to advance the gear to the next Chaos tier, granted that the item is less than Chaos VII. This consumes Ampoules which are one Chaos tier above the item.
You can also select the 'Advance' tab. Here you can consume Ampoules of the same Chaos tier as the item to advance the rarity of the item up one level, granted that the item is less than Legendary.
