Arcane Volley is an Apprentice ability. The Apprentice fires up to five homing bolts at his Marked enemies, dealing Magical Damage to each.
This ability can be enhanced with the Reduced Cooldown spec, which reduces the cooldown of Tornado and Arcane Volley by a percentage.
