The Countess strengthens herself, nearby allies, and nearby defenses. Increases Hero Damage by 25%, movement speed by 600, and defense damage by 25%.
The "Call To Arms Damage" Ascension Talent adds to the Hero Damage boost and defense damage boost, bringing the buff up to 45% at 20 points.
