Influence Votes are votes cast for getting community feedback on certain aspects of the game. You can earn 1 Influence Point per day by logging into the Dungeon Defenders II game.
On the Dungeon Defenders 2 Forum, if you look at the top right of the page, you'll see how many Influence Points you have.
Influence Votes on the forum look like this:
