In Dungeon Defenders II, players get '''one''' fresh daily mission a day, and can '''store up to 3 missions'''. New daily missions are awarded at 1am eastern time unless you currently have 3 daily missions. Players have the ability to re-roll one of them each day. The Calling All Heroes update did a massive change to all rewards and available daily missions in order to support the new replacement for [[Wyvern Tokens]], the [[Defender Medals]].
Additional missions called Bonus Missions are granted once per week. These cannot be rerolled.
