Made the shard list more navigable, added more shards to the list and removed "locked/fixed" shards because they no longer exists.
Most of '''drop locations are confirmed by [[File:Trendy-logo-final.png|80px]]''' (up to C5). Chaos 8 Shards (like Chaos 8 Ampoules) only drop in Onslaught or Prime Incursions.
