The content mentioned below have not been released yet, which means they are all subject to change at Chromatic Games' discretion.

Seas of Dragonfall

Seas of Dragonfall is the next expansion/major content update following Night of Dragonfall. As the name suggests, this expansion (with what has been revealed so far) will be aquatic-themed. The target date for release would be at the end of Q1 2024 (around end of March.)

Revealed

• A new hero. Uses polearms as weapon.
• A Pufferfish tower which has a 360-degree target radius that rains down poison spikes on different enemies (similar to how Lavamancer's Volcano works). ^[1]
• A new shark enemy.
• A new boss fight (said to be really cool).
• New Defender Pass Season. ^[2]

Beyond

• Shard Vault. Target date est. somewhere in 2024.
• Pet UI modernization (to make it work with the material vault) and a new material to reroll pet elemental stats. ^[3]
• 2024 will have heavy focus on bug fixing and bringing more optimizations/stability. ^[4]

Potential Future Update Themes

Around mid-2023, CG put up a community poll^[5] to decide on a update theme after Seas of Dragonfall. The four candidates are:

• Sky City
• Crystalline Dimension
• Carnival/Circus
• Space

It is currently unknown which theme has won the poll.
