The Blood Reaver contains <s>a horrible curse</s> 9 accessories - 3 changeable Head pieces and 2 changeable pieces each for Torso, Arms and Legs sections. All accessories are available to use as soon as the costume is purchased. A unique card art is also provided for your hero deck as well. And in addition to all that, the The Blood Reaver has unique animations for spawning and victoryand in addition to all that, the costume also passively gives off flair-like effects like red sparks (when either of the first two head pieces are equipped) and falling feathers (similar to Raven Lord's Molt waist flair).
