Lockboxes provide a way to get costumes without purchasing premium currency. This allows Free to Play players to customize their characters. Lockboxes require a Key to open, which is purchased using Wyvern Tokens. They can also be opened using gems but this is not recommended for some items as the pieces are available for a similar price in Seamstress shop, allowing you to choose which costume piece you receive costume piece. Though not all pieces are available at the Seamstress.
