Notes and Trivia
- In October 2016, there was some confusion on TE's part which resulted in them re-releasing the Grave Danger Skeletons Costumes on PC when they're not supposed to. It resulted in forum threads being created by players to voice their displeasure since to them, TE could be breaking their promise on the costumes being limited editions. The thread alerted TE on their mistake and they clarified that it was a confusion on their part and shortly after, discontinued all PC and PS4 DLCs that includes those costumes for good and later releases its successor - The Burning Souls Skeletons Costumes.
- Early on Halloween 2020, CG put out several giveaways for the entire Burning Souls Skeletons costume set on discord, seemingly to players as rare opportunities to acquire those costumes. Fortunately, a short period of time later, CG re-releases the Burning Souls Pack DLC for purchase for the first time since 2016, allowing players (at least on PC) who wants to get their hands them to finally be able to do so.
- There are small errors with certain illustrations for Nefarian Black in the Seamstress' Wardrobe - The icons for Skull of Malediction and Miscreant's Noggin are swapped and the Chest of Cruelty is spelled as "Chest of Creulty".
- Fashion-wise, the Brand of the Inferno sword and Visage of the Inferno shield does seem to go in theme with the Burning Soul Squire.
- Rather than having a texture of dull and charred bones as depicted in the card arts, the skeletons instead uses a reflective crystal-like texture for their bones, which does resemble obsidian.
- The Nefarian Black Apprentice is the only Burning Soul Skeleton to not have a mark in his forehead.
