Description
Frozen is a status condition that acts as a stun. An enemy becomes encased in ice, rending it unable to move or attack for a duration. It also allows them to be crushed.
Proc
Frozen can be activated by using the Apprentice's Frostbite Tower alongside the Freeze Spec, where a complete Frostbite channel has a chance to freeze the (single) target, thus applying the Frozen status condition.

Applieding cold to a drenched target will freeze them
On some maps (such as The Gates of Dragonfall) you have access to an Environmental Trap that can instantly freeze a group of enemies.
Possible Combos
Shatter: any source of Crushing damage or fall damage will shatter the target. Flying units fall and will die if Frozen.
