Oiled

Oiled is a Status Effect that slows down the targets hit by it, it can be achived by the Huntress ability Oil Flask, the lavamanceroil geyser and from various shards which add the effect to attacks. It can be used in a combo with Ignite to do Fire Elemental damage over time.
