Enemy Behavioral Patterns
The Enemies in Dungeon Defenders 2 follow a priority list of targets within a certain range of them to determine what and when to start attacking.
In general, an enemy will attack anything within a certain aggression range of them, depending on the enemy type.
- For ranged Enemies this range is the same as their attack range.
- For melee Enemies it is a short range past their attack range. This range is increased when reduced below 50% health.
When an enemy enters into the range of a Sub-Core or Core, they will prioritize them over any other targets. Enemies will focus their attention on any Hero within their aggression range over other targets.
