Griblok is one of the most basic mini-boss to fight, though he can still become a threat if left to break through your defenses. As usual, Melee Heroes should stay behind him when attacking. As a miniboss he has a very high amount of health.
Griblok will also take more damage from sources that's equipped with mods such as :

==== Sub-Variant - Mini-Gribloks ====
In Chaos I Griblok's Horde Incursions, there will be hordes of Mini-Gribloks appearing along side Mini-Quiblys. These version of Goblins seems to be a little more tougher and ferocious than regular Goblins.
