Crafting Materials

Moved the wikitable into sections, they still need in-game descriptions though
Crafting materials are used for various enhancements, such as upgrading gear, [[Mods|moving mods]], and rerolling stats.<br>The following materials are used to upgrade gear. Plain materials are found in [[Chaos|C1-C3]], Shiny materials are found in [[Chaos|C4-C6]], Pristine materials are found in [[Chaos|C7-C9]], and Exquisite Materials are found in [[Chaos|C10]].
