Note: on every difficulty but easy. After wave four ends a ten second countdown will begin to start wave five.
During this final wave enemies continue to spawn in the outer two three lanes. Betsy will periodically take off fly around map then land again.
Occasionally while flying She will breath fire onto the middle [[Main Objectives|main objective]] damaging it.
