In Dungeon Defenders 2, the characters you play as are called heroes. Most heroes have 4 Abilities and 4 Defenses. The Gunwitch, Barbarian, and Frostweaver have 8 abilities and no defenses. The Mystic and Dryad have 3 abilities and 5 defenses
